My role as IRPINO Real Estate office manager is to maintain office operations and daily procedures, and organize and coordinate administrative duties. As a transaction coordinator, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of buyer and seller transactions, from executed purchase agreement to closing.
My role as the office manager is to organize administrative duties and office procedures. As a transaction coordinator, I am also responsible for managing and monitoring the transaction process by interfacing with real estate professionals, clients, escrow companies and property management companies. I am also responsible for reviewing our marketing procedures before they are posted on social media.
I manage our brokerage’s social media, and I manage the marketing for each new listing to get the best visibility for our clients.
