As a transaction coordinator, I am also responsible for managing and monitoring the transaction process by interfacing with real estate professionals, clients, escrow companies and property management companies. I am also responsible for reviewing our marketing procedures before they are posted on social media.
I manage our brokerage’s social media, and I manage the marketing for each new listing to get the best visibility for our clients.
